Having Great Office Staff
Dr. Jeff Mollins, D.C.
As a new patient, the first interaction you will have with our office is the front desk staff. The front desk staff will always greet you in a pleasant manner. They are well aware that you may be in pain due to injuries sustained in an accident so they will immediately put you at ease. They will carefully help you fill out all paperwork and answer any question you may have. Our office staff is fluent in seven languages (English, Spanish, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, and Chinese-Mandarin), so even those patients that speak a foreign language will feel extremely comfortable. If you require the use of our phone or fax, those services will be provided for you immediately. If a note is needed or a form to be filled out, it will be done properly, expeditiously, and at no charge to the patient.
Chiropractic assistants will guide our patients into examination rooms. All our assistants are well trained in patient care and are extremely empathetic toward them. They are well aware that patients injured in accidents are not only in physical pain but may also be under severe emotional stress as well. All chiropractic assistants work very closely with Dr. Mollins to provide quality, compassionate, professional health care to our patients.
Documentation of injuries is essential when treating patients involved in accidents. Dr. Mollins has a separate staff of individuals whose job is exclusively documentation, proper billing and all other aspects of necessary “paper work”. Remember, if you are injured at work you can receive treatment at no cost and also be provided compensation for your loss of wages while you are out of work. When you return to work, you may still receive treatment for free. However for this to happen, accurate and timely paperwork (forms called C-4’s) must be submitted. Patients involved in motor vehicle accidents also must have accurate and timely forms submitted as well (one such form is called a no-fault application). Without these forms completed properly and timely, it is possible that automobile accident victims may not be able to receive the treatment that they are entitled to. Any patient injured in an accident where litigation is involved can be well assured that Dr. Mollins will try to accommodate their attorney by presenting them with medical reports not only from his office but from all treating doctors as well. This includes orthopedic, neurological, EMG Testing, MRI’s etc. These reports will be sent (as well as copies of records) in a timely manner once they are requested.
Dr. Mollins’ billing team are skilled, highly qualified and knowledgeable of the latest updates on workers compensation and personal injury. They regularly attend seminars to keep them on the “cutting edge.” Our staff will make sure that all paper work is submitted properly and in a timely manner. We want to always make sure that our patients receive the proper compensation and treatment that is needed. In addition, we want to provide attorneys with accurate records and reports as expeditiously as possible. We know that attorneys have a difficult time getting records and reports from medical facilities.
However, it is our commitment to make the attorney’s life as easy as possible. Dr. Mollins understands that by helping our patient’s attorneys, he is in fact helping his patients.
Dr. Mollins considers his office to be a friendly, clean and comfortable environment. He likes to think of his staff as a family. With our courteous, compassionate, professional, office staff we are sure your experience with us will be extremely positive.
